The registered owner of the vehicle was known to have an active felony warrant. Officers observed a female passenger exit the vehicle at the Aurora Commons Circle shopping center. The female passenger who exited was detained and interviewed by officers while waiting for a ride. Weapons-Related Offenses and Road Rage Officers responded to two separate vehicular confrontations involving firearms: South Chillicothe Road (June 6): A driver reported a severe road rage incident during which another motorist brandished a handgun. South Chillicothe Road (June 8): A retail theft was reported at the Nike Factory Outlet. The theft originally occurred on May 27, and officers arrived on-site to retrieve evidence and security logs.
