Amazon Driver Reports Dog Bite on Emerald CourtOn April 9, 2026, an Amazon delivery driver reported being bitten by a dog while attempting to deliver a package on Devon Pond. Officers responded to the scene at approximately 2:20 p.m., where the driver ultimately refused further medical treatment. Police later attempted to contact the dog's owner on Emerald Court to discuss the incident and ensure compliance with local animal control ordinances. Shoplifting and Trespassing Incidents at Local RetailersRetail security remained a priority as officers handled multiple theft-related calls. At a clothing store on S. Chillicothe Rd., management reported a theft occurring on Saturday, April 11, involving two individuals who allegedly took roughly $65 worth of merchandise before fleeing.
