AURORA, Ohio — The following incidents were reported by the Aurora Police Department. Property Damage Officers responded to a report of property damage on Holly Oak Lane. A resident's vehicle slid into her garage door frame. No injuries were reported. Theft Report A $300 coat was reported stolen from a local hair salon on East Garfield Road. Officers took information for a theft complaint. Mental Health Call Officers responded to a disturbance call in Camelot. After statements about self-harm, an individual was placed on an emergency mental health hold and transported for evaluation. Fraud Complaint A resident on Crystal Lane reported giving approximately $12,000 to an unknown person in what appears to be a scam.
